Full payment is required to secure a place. Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation & Refundsการยกเลิกและการคืนเงิน
All registrations are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, illness, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or scheduling conflicts.

Reschedulingการเลื่อนวันเรียน
A student may reschedule to a similar available workshop. Credits are valid for 12 months, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may only be used by the originally registered student.
สามารถเลื่อนวันเรียนไปยังคลาสที่ใกล้เคียงได้ตามที่มีว่าง เครดิตมีอายุ 12 เดือน ไม่สามารถโอนให้ผู้อื่นหรือแลกเป็นเงินคืนได้
Attendanceการเข้าเรียน
If a student misses part of a multi-day workshop, The Wealth Wizard may, at its sole discretion, either transfer the student to another similar class or arrange a private make-up lesson, subject to teacher availability, on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be given.
หากนักเรียนขาดเรียนบางส่วนของหลักสูตรหลายวัน The Wealth Wizard อาจพิจารณาให้เข้าเรียนในรอบอื่นหรือจัดชดเชยแบบส่วนตัวตามความเหมาะสม ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจและความพร้อมของผู้สอน โดยไม่มีการคืนเงิน
Student Conductระเบียบการเรียน
If a student repeatedly disrupts the class, behaves unsafely, or significantly interferes with other students' learning, The Wealth Wizard may require the student to leave the workshop. No refund, credit, or replacement class will be provided.
หากนักเรียนมีพฤติกรรมรบกวนการเรียน ไม่ปลอดภัย หรือส่งผลกระทบต่อผู้อื่นอย่างต่อเนื่อง The Wealth Wizard มีสิทธิ์ให้หยุดเรียนทันที โดยไม่มีการคืนเงิน เครดิต หรือการชดเชย
Workshop Changesการเปลี่ยนแปลงเวิร์กชอป
The Wealth Wizard may adjust schedules, instructors, venues, or activities. If The Wealth Wizard cancels a workshop, parents may choose a full refund or transfer.
The Wealth Wizard ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงตารางเรียน ผู้สอน สถานที่ หรือกิจกรรม หากผู้จัดยกเลิกคลาส ผู้ปกครองสามารถเลือกรับเงินคืนหรือย้ายไปคลาสอื่นได้
Liabilityความรับผิด
The Wealth Wizard provides reasonable supervision but is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or injuries except where required by law.
The Wealth Wizard จะดูแลนักเรียนอย่างเหมาะสม แต่ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายของทรัพย์สินหรือการบาดเจ็บ เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้
