Workshop Policies & Terms
Last Updated: 2026
At The Wealth Wizard, our mission is to provide children and teenagers with an engaging, educational, and enjoyable learning experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety, respect, and professionalism. By registering for any workshop, parents/guardians and participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the following policies.

1Registration & Payment

  • Full payment is required to secure your child's place in a workshop unless otherwise stated.
  • Registrations are confirmed only after payment has been received.
  • Workshop spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis.
  • We reserve the right to close registrations once a class reaches capacity.
  • Registration is considered complete once payment has been received and confirmed.

2Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

Parent Cancellation

Because each workshop requires advance planning, venue reservations, staffing, curriculum preparation, printed materials, classroom resources, and supplies, the following cancellation policy applies:

More than 14 days before the workshop — A refund may be requested; however, a non-refundable registration fee of ฿1,000 per student will be deducted from the total amount paid. The remaining balance will be refunded using the original payment method whenever possible.

14 days or less before the workshop — No refunds will be provided.

Failure to attend a workshop, arriving late, leaving early, or choosing not to participate does not entitle a participant to a refund, partial refund, or workshop credit. In exceptional circumstances, and at the sole discretion of The Wealth Wizard, a workshop credit may be offered instead of a refund.

Workshop Credits

If a workshop credit is approved:

  • Credits may only be used toward a future The Wealth Wizard workshop.
  • Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the originally registered participant.
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, sold, gifted, or transferred to another person.
  • Credits cannot be applied toward books, merchandise, private lessons, events, memberships, or any other products or services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
  • Workshop credits have no cash value.

Changes to Multi-Day Workshops

If a participant chooses to reduce the number of workshop days after registration, no refund will be issued for the cancelled days, as places, staffing, venue space, and materials are reserved and prepared based on each registration.

Workshop Cancellation by The Wealth Wizard

If The Wealth Wizard cancels a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either a full refund, or a transfer to another available workshop.

3Missed Classes

If a participant misses one or more days of a multi-day workshop due to illness, family commitments, or other personal reasons, The Wealth Wizard may offer one of the following options, subject to availability:

  • A transfer into another similar workshop with available space; or
  • A private make-up lesson with one of our teachers (additional fees may apply depending on duration and availability).

Missed classes are not automatically refundable and are offered solely at the discretion of The Wealth Wizard.

4Arrival & Punctuality

Participants are expected to arrive on time. Registration generally opens approximately 10–15 minutes before class begins.

Late arrivals disrupt the learning experience for both the teacher and other students. Students arriving significantly late may miss important instructions or activities and may not receive additional teaching time to compensate.

5Attendance

Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Repeated absences may impact learning outcomes and participation in group activities.

Certificates of completion are awarded to students who participate appropriately throughout the workshop.

6Classroom Expectations

Every participant is expected to:

  • Treat teachers, assistants, volunteers, parents, and fellow students with kindness and respect.
  • Listen when others are speaking.
  • Participate positively in activities.
  • Follow classroom instructions.
  • Respect classroom equipment and materials.
  • Use appropriate language at all times.
  • Help create a welcoming and supportive learning environment.

Learning is most effective when everyone feels safe, respected, and included.

7Safe Learning Environment

The Wealth Wizard is committed to providing a safe, positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for every participant.

We strive to ensure every child and teenager feels comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, making mistakes, and learning without fear of embarrassment, intimidation, or discrimination. Every participant deserves to feel physically and emotionally safe while attending our workshops.

8Bullying & Harassment Policy

The Wealth Wizard maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bullying, harassment, intimidation, or any behaviour that negatively impacts another participant's learning experience. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Physical aggression
  • Pushing, hitting, kicking, or rough play
  • Teasing or repeated negative comments
  • Name-calling
  • Excluding others intentionally
  • Threatening behaviour
  • Verbal abuse
  • Cyberbullying during workshop activities
  • Any behaviour intended to embarrass, intimidate, or harm another participant

Any participant who repeatedly engages in bullying or disruptive behaviour may:

  • Receive a verbal warning.
  • Be removed from an activity.
  • Require a meeting with their parent or guardian.
  • Be removed from the workshop without refund if the behaviour continues or is considered serious.

Protecting the emotional and physical well-being of every participant will always take priority over allowing disruptive behaviour to continue.

9Respect for Teachers & Staff

Teachers, assistants, and staff deserve to work in a respectful environment. Participants are expected to:

  • Follow reasonable instructions.
  • Speak respectfully.
  • Avoid interrupting lessons.
  • Cooperate during activities.

Repeated disrespect toward teachers or staff may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the workshop without refund.

10Physical Contact & Personal Boundaries

Students must keep their hands to themselves at all times. Rough play, wrestling, pushing, grabbing, or any unwanted physical contact is not permitted. Participants are expected to respect everyone's personal space.

11Technology Policy

Unless specifically required for a workshop activity, mobile phones, smart watches used for messaging, tablets, and gaming devices must remain put away during class.

Technology that distracts the participant or other students may be temporarily collected and returned at the end of the session or directly to a parent or guardian.

Our workshops are intentionally designed to encourage face-to-face interaction, teamwork, creativity, communication, and active participation.

12Food & Allergies

Parents or guardians must notify us of any allergies, medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or food sensitivities before the workshop begins. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

13Medical Information

Parents are responsible for informing The Wealth Wizard of any medical conditions, allergies, behavioural concerns, learning needs, or emergency medications before the workshop begins.

Providing this information helps us support each participant as safely as possible.

14Photography & Media

Photographs and videos may be taken during workshops for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes. These images may be used on the The Wealth Wizard website, social media platforms, printed promotional materials, and future workshop advertisements.

If you do not wish your child to appear in photographs or videos, please notify us in writing before the workshop begins. We will make every reasonable effort to respect your request.

15Parent Communication

Parents and guardians are welcome to contact us regarding student progress, workshop information, questions or concerns, and future workshops. We believe open communication creates the best possible experience for every family.

16Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The Wealth Wizard is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please avoid bringing valuables unless absolutely necessary.

17Respect for Property

Participants are expected to care for classroom materials, equipment, books, games, furniture, and venue property. Parents or guardians may be held responsible for deliberate damage caused by their child.

18Right to Refuse or Remove Participants

The Wealth Wizard reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose behaviour significantly disrupts the learning environment or compromises the safety, well-being, or experience of others. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Bullying or harassment
  • Physical aggression
  • Repeated refusal to follow instructions
  • Persistent disruptive behaviour
  • Destruction of property
  • Behaviour that places others at risk

Removal from the workshop under these circumstances may occur without refund. Our responsibility is to provide a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment for every participant.

19Workshop Content

Workshop activities, schedules, guest speakers, lesson content, and teaching methods may occasionally change without prior notice to improve the learning experience.

20Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, curriculum, books, presentations, worksheets, games, activities, videos, and teaching resources remain the intellectual property of The Wealth Wizard. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, shared publicly, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from The Wealth Wizard.

21Liability

Reasonable care is taken to provide a safe learning environment. However, participation in workshop activities is at the participant's own risk.

The Wealth Wizard, its teachers, assistants, staff, and venue partners are not liable for injuries, accidents, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where required under applicable law.

22Agreement

By registering for a workshop and submitting payment, parents or guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Workshop Policies & Terms. Payment for a workshop constitutes acceptance of these policies.

Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing these policies before completing registration.

Our Commitment

These policies have been established to ensure that every participant has the opportunity to learn, grow, build confidence, develop lifelong financial and entrepreneurial skills, and enjoy a positive educational experience in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
