On 23 November 2025, we welcomed our second group of young learners to our Money Made Fun workshop in Bangna, Thailand — and what an incredible morning it was!
The classroom was full of bright energy, curious minds, and kids who were excited to learn how money really works in their everyday lives.

Just like our first group, this class reminded us once again why teaching financial literacy early is one of the most meaningful gifts we can give to children.

What Made This Class Special

From the moment the kids walked in, they were ready to explore, create, ask questions, and participate in every activity with confidence. The room was filled with laughter, teamwork, and little “aha!” moments as they completed each task.

Here’s a glimpse of what the children enjoyed:

 1. My Savings Goal Activity

Kids created their own savings targets and learned how small steps  even $1 at a time  add up over time.
For many, this was their first time setting a personal money goal, and they were so proud to share it!

 2. Designing Their Own Money

Creativity exploded! Children designed colorful “Wealth Wizard Bills” while learning that money has value because we agree it does.
Not only fun… but the perfect way to introduce real-world concepts in a hands-on way.

 3. Needs vs Wants Challenge

Through a lively sorting activity, kids practiced identifying what’s essential and what’s optional  a skill even many adults are still learning!

4. Budgeting & Grocery Shopping Game

This was one of the highlights! Kids received a set budget and played a fun “mini grocery shopping” game where they had to choose items wisely, compare options, and decide what they could or couldn’t afford.

By the end of the workshop, every child walked away with new confidence and clarity about how to use money wisely.
